This “Scotland’s Wild Water”semi abstract work was painted after a visit to the the Scottish coastal area of East Lothian. As depicted here, The Bass Rock can be seen from the south shore of the Firth of Forth. It shows that even in poor weather conditions we can always find beauty in the sea. I have used shades of green and blue, the hues that are always present in the sea regardless of the weather. The composition is continued on the edges of a deep profile canvas. This painting can be hung without framing is so desired.
